It all began with a love for travel and hotels. When I was growing up, my family made it a priority to explore new places. I got to stay in all kinds of hotels and vacation homes, and it got me really excited about managing vacation rentals as a career.

Switching from working in a regular hotel to managing vacation rentals wasn’t easy. It meant going from looking after hotel guests to taking care of lots of different properties and the specific needs of the homeowners. It made me totally rethink how I do things and come up with new ways to make sure every rental property was a success.

I realized that using technology could help make things run smoother and give guests a better experience.
